The normalized funds from operations were also up from $0.82 in Q32020 to $0.89. Meanwhile, the adjusted funds from operations per share were up from $0.81 in Q32020 to $0.91. Company CEO Sumit Roy said that the REIT was at an exciting juncture because of its size and scale.
